Every job starts with a free inspection. Joe looks at the roof himself, explains what he finds in plain English, and gives you honest advice. If a repair will solve the problem, we'll say so — we don't recommend replacement work when it isn't needed. If something does need doing, you'll get a clear, itemised written quote before we start. The price we quote is the price you pay.
We use our own team, not subcontractors. That means the people doing the work answer to Joe directly, and we're accountable for every job from first phone call to final clean-up. All work comes with a 15-year guarantee. If anything we've done develops a fault within that period, we come back and put it right at no cost.

He's been in the roofing trade for over 25 years, starting as an apprentice and building City Roofing Repairs into the business it is today. He believes the person quoting the job should understand the work, and that homeowners deserve honesty — not a sales pitch.
We keep things simple. A small, reliable team that turns up when promised, does the work properly, and leaves your property clean. That approach has kept us busy through recommendations alone for over 25 years, and we don't plan on changing it.
